Alfresco Mediterranean Style Fries, Pomegranate Glaze, Tortilla Wraps, Avocado, Salad Leaves, Pomegranate Seeds.
1. In a bowl sprinkle the Mediterranean seasoning over the halloumi batons and toss to give an even coating.
2. Slice avocado into thick chunks.
3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick pan. When sizzling add the halloumi batons – turning regularly until golden brown – approximately 4 minutes.
4. Place halloumi batons onto a wrap, add salad leaves and avocado slices. Drizzle with pomegranate glaze. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the Alfresco Halloumi Fries. Fold and roll wrap carefully.
5. Enjoy! Best served hot.
