1. In a bowl sprinkle the spicy seasoning over the halloumi batons and toss to give an even coating.
2. Slice avocado into thick chunks.
3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick pan. When sizzling add the halloumi batons – turning regularly until golden brown – approximately 4 minutes.
4. Place halloumi batons onto a wrap, add salad leaves and avocado slices. Drizzle garlic mayo over cheese and salad. Fold and roll wrap carefully.
5. Enjoy! Best served hot.
