Puy lentil, cherry tomato & cheese steak salad
Tender Puy lentils and golden, cheese steaks served with a salad of tomatoes, red onion and lemon juice.
Cherry tomatoes 250g, halved
Red onion ½, finely sliced
Garlic ½ clove, crushed
Lemon ½ juiced
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Puy lentils 150g
Alfresco cheese steaks pack, cut into chunks
Coriander a small bunch, roughly chopped
Toss the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl.
Cook the puy lentils until just tender, drain and add to the bowl. Season well and toss.
Grill the Alfresco cheese steaks until golden. Stir the coriander through the lentils and serve with the cheese steaks
